An experienced Systems Manager with Pega experience, is now required to work in the Operations Department in Cheadle.
The Systems Manager role is three fold and involves:
1) The development, maintenance and support (2nd/3rd line)of a bespoke in-house system solution known as C4S, with c10k users, ensuring all stages of the software development lifecycle are complete and all changes follow an appropriate change governance process.
2) The localized development and configuration of the CRM solution (Pega) ensuring all stages of the software configuration lifecycle are complete and all changes follow an appropriate change governance process.
3) Management of the Business Improvement UAT function
The Systems Manager requires an individual who has the ability to manage a number of demanding priorities, is an inspirational leader of people and is technically very competent in software development.
This role requires a tenacious, resilient and passionate leader who can overcome challenges to drive results. They should be energetic, resilient, tenacious and self-motivating, with the ability to work independently. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial.
Background / skills required:
An understanding of the Pega CRM system and how to configure this to meet business and regulatory requirements, whilst driving value for the business.
Knowledge and experience of leading testing teams and familiar with testing methodologies
