As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be primarily be involved in responding and resolving customers technical queries on trading floors. You will need to work closely with the other team members, to ensure customers receive the highest level of service possible.

The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be primarily be involved in responding and resolving customers technical queries on trading floors. You will need to work closely with the other team members, to ensure customers receive the highest level of service possible. You will be required to respond to customers and colleagues in a courteous, professional and efficient manner, both face to face and on the telephone.

Key Skills

* Previous experience of working within an IT support environment
* Excellent communication skills / telephone manner
* The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
* A keen interest in IT and willing to learn new skills and technologies

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of networking technologies (Cisco)
* Exposure to Cisco Unified Communications
* Knowledge of Windows Servers
* Experience of working within the banking or finance industry
