An opportunity has arisen within a leading automotive client, based out of their Cranfield Technical Centre. The role of Squeak & Rattle is responsible for carrying out squeak & rattle improvement activity of current models in the market and support other S&R test within the team.
-Proven S&R skills (detection and C/M definition).
-Ideally, also Quality related job experience.
-Good organisational skills for concern resolution management.
-Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
-Able to prepare reports and analyse data using PC and CAD.
-Self-motivating, flexible and positive attitude.
-Full driving license.
-Available to travel within UK and Europe.
-S&R detection and concern resolution
-CAD (NX & Spacevision)
-Vehicle S&R evaluation (dynamic and static), concern definition, analysis and C/M together with responsible design teams.
-Manufacturing site and supplier line walk for S&R assessment.
-Monitoring and reporting of current model situation and status of each detected item.
