What do they need?
A Software Engineer with a background in either Java, C++ or C# development and experience of / interest in Computer Gaming.
You will have a recent degree in Computer Science or IT & Computing, with tangible work experience in a relevant development / gaming environment.
What will I be doing?
You will work in a close-knit, small Agile development team to design, develop and integrate simulation / games like software training solutions, which includes both the development of delivered systems and prototype / proof of concept development effort.
The Software Developer will participate where necessary in the software activities throughout the programme lifecycle, ensuring that they are conducted satisfactorily and in accordance with the company's engineering processes
What will I bring?
A recent Degree in an IT-related discipline; such as Computing or Computer Science is essential.
In-addition, you will have some hands-on experience (not theoretical) of software development, utilising either Java, C++ or C# programming languages.
You should be familiar with Agile development methods
Due to the nature of the simulation software the company is developing, you should have a keen interest in Computer Gaming and Gaming Technology.
