What will you be doing?

You will use your excellent customer service skills to resolve technical problems by telephone and work within a team to resolve day to day IT issues but also to identify and highlight recurring problems in order to diagnose longer term solutions.

The role will involve:
* Answering queries around hardware, software, network & telecommunications systems
* Support internal and external customers to diagnose IT problems
* Use the existing database records to diagnose and resolve issues - escalating where necessary

What will my background be?
You will have proven experience within a customer service environment, perhaps you have worked in a busy call centre environment or in a customer facing role. If you are enthusiastic and have a great attitude then you will go far.

If coming from an IT or Service Desk background it would be desirable if you have experience with ITSM Support and ITIL familiarity, VPN/Remote Access, Mobile device and Networking.

This is a permanent position based in Whiteley and candidates must be willing and able to obtain SC Security Clearance.
