Job Description

Job Title: Senior Expatriate Administrator
Location: Choice of being based out of London, Fareham, Havant, Ampthill or Glasgow. Overseas travel required.
Salary: up to £42,000

One of the world's largest defence organisations are now seeking a Senior Expatriate Administrator to assist in the relocation of employees across their international business. The successful candidate will ideally be currently SC Cleared or must be able to obtain SC Clearance. We cannot consider your application if you do not meet this criteria.

Job Description:
" Serves as the representative and Authorised Officer for expatriate management in assigned region (Europe, Asia, or Middle East)
" Establishes and maintains relationships with key agencies and individuals in assigned countries to ensure expeditious processing of visas, work permits, and other authorising documents
" Coordinates activity with embedded Global Mobility teams assigned to company business areas, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
" Works closely with third-party providers to ensure successful administration of services during the expatriate assignment life-cycle
" Represents the company as a prime contact on contracts or projects involving or requiring international mobility
" Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organisations.
" Coordinates and provides training in expatriate management for regional HR staff
" Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems, referring to established precedents and policies, pursuing exceptions as needed
" Recommends process improvements and opportunities to increase operational effectiveness

Skills and Experience:
Required:
" Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards for expatriate management gained through relevant experience
" Knowledge of standard industry practices in assigned region
" Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with fluency in English along with language(s) appropriate to assigned region
" University degree from an accredited school in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
" Ability to travel in response to program needs
Desired:
" Experience working in the Aerospace & Defence industry
" Experience working with third-party service providers, with a focus on accountability and building relationships
" Robust analytic skills, including data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to effectively use data to drive recommendations
