Senior Business Analyst (Marketing, CRM & GDPR) - Basingstoke
Permanent position
£60,000 - £75,000 + 20% Bonus + £5.3K car allowance

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with exposure to Marketing, CRM and / or GDPR projects?
Would you like to be a catalyst for using technology to encourage and evangelise new ways of working?

At the moment, they are embarking on a number of projects across the Group Marketing & Insight Department; including CRM and Marketing Projects and the implementation of the commercial aspects of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

What do they need?
A Senior Business Analyst, with extensive experienced gained as a Business Analyst on CRM, Marketing and/or GDPR Projects, with the ability to also act as Project Manager and deliver end to end projects.

What will I be doing?
Working closely with commercial and legal stakeholders to identify and document business requirements to support regulatory and commercial transformation

Working with the IT community (systems architects) to elaborate the requirements and ensure that the proposed design delivers against the business objectives. This includes 'translating' between the IT and commercial stakeholders to ensure both sides understand the detail of what is required vs. what is being built

Producing high quality written documentation, including processes, to support your work and to engage with stakeholders when necessary

Identifying evaluating and recommending potential third party software of professional services that meet business requirements

Maintaining a key role in the end to end delivery of projects, with some project management work required to ensure coordination of activities

What will I bring?
Extensive Business Analysis experience, within complex organisations at a high-level. You will also have had exposure to CRM, Marketing and/or GDPR projects

Familiar with all stages of the software development life cycle and project management disciplines and methodologies such as Agile and Prince 2

Familiar with IT terminology, including architectural models and approaches, development methodologies and testing

Demonstrable experience in process modelling, requirements capture and analysis and a good appreciation of systems design
