Are you an Engineer who wants to work on the development of cutting-edge aftertreatment systems for a global customer base in order to meet stringent stage 5 emission standards and beyond? Do you want to carry out real development work from blank sheet through to launch and post-production support? If so, then read on!

The client is an iconic brand whom require no formal introductions in the diesel engine world. They are known for their company culture and having a family-feel, whilst proactively developing their engineers in order to help them meet their own career/personal aspirations.

As an Aftertreatment Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for specifying the engineering requirements and targets for your components before validating aftertreatment components at every stage of the development process, liaising with all teams internally and actively project managing your diesel particulate filter components from concept through to production. You will communicate with all stakeholders internally and customers/suppliers externally in order to meet project deadlines.

'About you'

+ Ideally educated to degree standard within an engineering discipline. An MEng, MSc or PhD would be even better!
+ A proven background within component engineering or systems engineering of emission control technologies; preferably diesel related, but may consider gasoline applications if you can draw parallels between the two!
+ A full-lifecycle development background who can project manage their work and communicate with people at all levels internally and externally.
+ Ideally from an off-highway environment or a tier one supplier specialising in emission control components or exhaust filters.
