£20,000 - £25,000 plus commission and company car
Various locations: Aberdeen, Dundee & Perth and Edinburgh
My client is seeking a number of Field Sales Executive's to focus on new sales activity within an assigned region.
The Sales Executive is responsible for development and growth of sales of AIC Chemical Speciality Products to new and existing customers in designated sales area in accordance with the AIC sales process.
" Developing allocated area(s) by means of increasing sales to existing customers and actively seeking new customers;
" Identifying individual customer requirements and matching products to those requirements;
" Achieving monthly order and sales targets as agreed with line manager;
" Covering allocated area(s) to the required company standards to both established and potential customers;
" Administration and management of allocated area(s) in accordance with the company's policies and procedures;
" Reporting on sales activities using the appropriate company documentation;
" Maintenance of established and prospective customer records and all equipment in accordance with company policy and procedures;
" Attendance at sales meetings and sales training courses;
" Ongoing development by regular reading, study and practice;
" Expansion of the number of onshore customers and maintenance of regular sales with such customers;
" The observance of company management procedures;
" Obtaining of maximum benefit of time in order to optimise amount of face to face selling time with maximum number of clients;
" Additional tasks as required.
" Secondary school qualifications are essential.
" HNC/HND or higher in a business related subject or equivalent desired.
" Direct selling.
" Cold Calling experience is essential.
" Product demonstration.
" Sales Training.
" Able to demonstrate closing sales technique's.
" Area planning and zoning
" Working knowledge of Microsoft software packages.
" Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
" A self-motivated, committed team worker with a professional outlook who is hard working, enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
" Able to work to deadlines.
The successful candidates will be responsible for B2B sales, meeting face to face with new customers and developing existing relationships. We are seeking candidates with proven sales experience who are driven by new sales activities and confident in approaching customers in a cold calling manner.
Full product training will be provided.
