Recruitment Resourcer
Havant, Hampshire

The Role:
The Resourcer works closely with the resourcing partners to source candidates, applying specialist recruitment knowledge and expertise to source the best people for the client, by the most appropriate and cost effective sources, and providing a brilliant service to candidates

The role requires solid recruitment experience, knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques, direct sourcing capability and a passion for customer experience.

The Resourcer will be the main point of contact for candidates and will be responsible for all sourcing candidates across all divisions.

The Resourcer will report in to the Resourcing Partner and they will share sourcing and pipeline targets for the client.

The Accountabilities:
Manage candidate experience through to submission of shortlist to the recruiter
Take detailed brief of role specifications from Hiring Manager
Passive candidate generation using tools such as Google X-Ray Search, Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiter, Twitter, Facebook, and Forum based research activities.
Will research roles in-depth, understand the target audience, complete in-depth candidate identification work (establish appropriate target universe and compile company/industry/location target lists) pre-qualify candidates on the phone
Able to map local markets and competitor/target company department structures
Confident and able to sell an opportunity appropriately on the phone to a passive candidate
Good listener
Will keep prospective candidates warm and engaged
Understand critical roles for the business and build Talent-pools
Act as a brand advocate and ambassador for the Resourcing function
Direct sourcing, networking, building and engaging talent communities
Confident and able to use data to justify decisions and provide advice at every opportunity (e.g. salary benchmarking, size of talent pools, size of market on LinkedIn)
Proactive, self-starter, learning oriented (will investigate and seek to resolve problems for the benefit of the team)
Team worker (willingly covers and supports team members, and contributes effectively to team continuous improvement agenda)
LinkedIn search
Direct sourcing techniques/demonstrable success
Headhunting techniques
Good depth and breadth of recruitment knowledge, background in delivery and direct sourcing
Proven track record in delivering cost savings & value for money
Third party management experience
In-depth knowledge of the application process and candidate experience In-depth experience of managing senior relationships & influencing at senior level
