My client is seeking a proven Chemist to join them as a Quality Control Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide management and practical expertise to facilitate site and divisional strategy quality and business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide leadership to the Quality Control team
- Testing, Data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting.
- OOS, CAPA and Issue resolution, administration and monitoring.
- Deviation and Non-Conformance administration and monitoring.
- Quality document creation, review, approval and archive.
- Preparing for and hosting internal customer, regulatory and notified body audits.
- Quality Related Training and monitoring.
- Quality related improvement projects and quality initiatives
- Understanding of GxP requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or related subject
- Proven ability within the healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of global healthcare regulations such as FDA & ISO
- Proven ability in managing a laboratory
- Experienced Chemist (HPLC, GC, FTIR, AA etc.)
- Proven people management skills.
