Purchasing Administrator - £22000 - £25000 - Gaydon

A world leading luxury Automotive brand is currently on the lookout for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Gaydon, Warwickshire. As the Purchasing Administrator you will be carrying out administrative duties such as travel arrangement and supplier performance together with the provision of PA support to the Purchasing General Managers.

Your duties will also include travel planning and booking through the company travel provider and provide day to day PA support to the Purchasing General Managers, including document creation, diary and expense management. You will also be responsible for reviewing and reporting Purchasing housekeeping.

They are looking for you to have good communication skills and able to work under your own initiative. You will have good attention to details and previous experience in an administrative/PA role. If you have a background knowledge of the Automotive industry would be advantageous. This role is in a highly pressurised and fast paced environment so you will need to be resilient and able to respond quickly to change. Specific knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint is essential.
