My client is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in Hampshire

Purpose of Role:

The Project Manager role is focused on collaborating with internal Group functions - particularly HR, IT and Finance - to ensure the necessary processes and procedures are followed to mobilise this contract in a timely fashion. The right candidate will have outstanding organisational skills, lots of initiative, a firm grip on timings, and an ability to work cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables are met. They will be an experienced project management used to working in large organisations with strict governance. They should have experience of working in this Hotel Services industries.

Key Responsibilities:
" Laptop builds and equipment supply to new staff
" Monitor complaint costs
" Set up of initial training sessions for new starters
" All HR admin (chase authorisations, provide job descriptions, organise interviews etc)
" Assist with data migration activities as directed by product owner
" NIIT for SAP configuration
" Set up of employees on HR systems and user logins
" Management of the project plan.
" Identifying, assessing and monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and change requests to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality criteria.
" Reporting of project progress in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
" Ensure that all solutions are fit for their stated purpose and in accordance to agreed requirements.

Key Deliverables:
" Staff new to the business have clear job descriptions, all the equipment they need, and are set up on payroll and other HR systems.
" Training needs are identified and a training plan created
" The business is able to carry out all invoicing relating to this contract in a timely fashion
" The business has access to all the data it needs to carry out inspections and file reports

Key Performance Indicators:
" The project plan is implemented on time and to budget
