We have an opportunity within a leading automotive client, based out of their Warwickshire head office. As Project Engineer we feel this opportunity would be a great move for someone already within the Automotive Industry and will allow you to work in a forward-thinking and market leading business.

Position Description:
Working with various stakeholders across Powertrain and the wider business you will be responsible for delivering a fully validated PT Bill of Materials (BOM) in a timely manner to enable orders and schedules to be released on time to support the respective build MRD.

Skills Required:
1. Good communication skills, both within immediate team and with other departments. Capability to drive and motivate the team to achieve results
2. Determined to achieve deadlines and be pro-active in anticipating and preventing any build stopping issues Drive to continually implement process improvements
3. Drive to ensure that the quality of the product is not compromised by the ability to achieve the timing plan. Good understanding of Prototype Vehicle Operations processes

Experience Required:
You'll be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel in order to provide detailed data to stakeholders within the business and also to external suppliers. You'll have previously used project management skills and have excellent communication skills to work with customers and partners across the business. The ability to work to tight deadlines and an appreciation for business operations will be required for this position.

Additional Information :
LOCATION: Gaydon, Whitley, Solihull Support green list meetings and manage Powertrian actions Support Add and Delete meetings and manage Powertrain actions. Liaise with JET (Build Support) reps to ensure smooth handover to build team. Work with engineers to ensure all Engineer To Supply parts are available in the correct stores to support the build. Maintain lessons learnt process and ensure information fed back to next build.
