Leamington Spa (commutable from Worcester, Birmingham, Northampton, Oxford, Coventry, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire)

Project administrator providing a wide variety of administrative support within the Low Volume Production group.

Responsibilities:
" Understanding and managing customer demand in company ERP system.
" Sales, dispatch, production order and invoice processing
" Processing and managing shipments including import / export controls
" Measuring and reporting operational performance
" Ongoing improvement of the management and administration processes
" General office management

Requirements:
" Experience of working in a commercial or industrial environment.
" Experience working with ERP systems.
" Working as part of a team to achieve team objectives
" Good communication skills with ability to talk directly to customers and suppliers.
" Sensitivity to and understanding of commercial issues.
" Clear, logical thinker with the ability to understand and solve problems.
" Ability to work in a team for the wider benefit of the team's overall objectives
" Working with EDI logistics management systems, particularly relating to VDA message standards.
" Product import / export both within Europe and worldwide.
" Measurement and reporting of operational and financial performance.
" Despatch, sales and invoice processing
" Process improvement, particularly related to 'Lean' techniques and philosophy
" Working in small integrated teams
" Managing own workload to achieve goals.
" Intermediate - good level of PC and general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
" Working with large ERP systems (ideally Baan 4 / 5c / Infor LN)
