£55,000 - £65,000pa + benefits

What do they need?
A skilled Programme Manager is required, to join a brand new Greenfield cyber security centre in Manchester and oversee a high-profile programme.

What will you be responsible for?
Responsible for delivery of technical IT Projects/Programmes to agreed schedules, cost and quality criteria
Responsible for leading bid teams within existing frameworks
Manage governance (milestones, finance, dependencies, risks, issues & opportunities, reporting)
Collaborative Stakeholder management & engagement across clients, team-mates, dependencies & suppliers
Establish and grow effective & collaborative teams using Northrop Grumman ways of working, supported by the candidates' knowledge and experience

What will you have?
You will be an experienced Project & Programme Manager, with recent experience of delivering IT & Cyber Security project/programmes within Government or similar organisations.

Your core programme background will be across any of the following: Experience in any of the following: Agile development, Application Development, Secure mobility and Secure Enterprise IT, Cloud, Cyber Defence, Integration and/or test, other Cyber technology and Cyber Operations areas.

You will be a collaborative Programme Manager, with the necessary leadership qualities to galvanise, motive and influence project/programme teams.

A strong communicator, you will have the ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organisation, which includes a full spectrum of senior management, through to operations personnel
