What do they want?
A customer-focused Principle Service Delivery Manager is required, to ensure the performance of services delivered to its customers, is exceptional and in-line with the customers changing requirements.

You will be a sector-lead within the Banking & Finance area and accountable for the resources and success of Service Delivery across a number of customers within this sector.

The Principle Service Delivery Manager will be adept at spotting areas for improvement in-terms of customer experience / service and improving operational performance across the company and for its customers.

What will you possess?
Clearly, you will understand the Banking & Finance sector and its working-practices, culture and regulatory requirements.

The Principle Service Delivery Manager should also have direct exposure to Managed Service Solutions, or IT Service Provider set-ups and be familiar with 3rd party customer relationship development.

You will be operationally astute and able to deliver improvements across operational performance, SLA's, customer experience and add-on services.

It is expected that the Principle Service Delivery Manager will have a strong, in-depth understanding of ITIL Service Management and hold an ITIL Certification.

In-addition, it would be useful if you had an understanding of Cloud Computing/Services.
