My client, a major UK service provider based on the South Coast, is seeking a confident and customer-focused PMO Analyst to work on a major Transformation Programme involving the whole organisation.

What do they need?
The PMO Analyst is a key player in the PMO function, supporting key change projects by constructing flexible / fluid project plans and managing / maintaining risk and issues registers (RAID Logs)

You will define and apply Agile principles to the programme control, governance and reporting processes and be a key part of the process of the production and maintenance of change programme trackers.

All-in-all, the PMO Analyst will ensure that programme reporting exposes all key issues and risks to delivery across the projects and wider programme.

Your background?
You will have exposure to a PMO function, in-support of complex projects and programmes with a broad understanding of programme management principles applications and approaches

Formally, you should have a background with a Project Management methodology such as MSP, PRINCE2, or Agile)

The PMO Analyst will be confident with project and programme management governance & assurance processes and evaluating project risks and issues via RAID Logs.

You should have a strong customer-focus and have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work within a close-knit team and individually.
