Operations Service Architect / Solutions Architect - Cyber Security
Home-based (UK) with travel
£70,000 - £90,000 (circa) + package

A leading Managed Security Services & Security Consultancy organisation is currently seeking a Operations Service Architect to assist with pre-sales and work with the regional teams and Operating Companies, delivering proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) as part of sales engagements

This role will have the following responsibilities:


" Interact with Sales Teams in support of sales opportunities for bespoke Managed Security services
" Leverage standard offerings alongside bespoke offerings on opportunities
" Establish a technical relationship with customer
" Identify all the key technical influencers and establish relationship to earn recommendations
" Prioritize multiple projects and communicate project requirements/timelines across the Global Services organization
" Map client's identified business and technical issues to my clients Security solutions
" Identify technical barriers to sale
" Work alongside account executives and PreSales teams as required to develop client solution
" Participate in the RFP/RFI process
" Conduct educational sessions with groups within the customers' organization as required
" Identify front end and lifecycle resource costs
" Proposal and SOW Development
" Document customer project needs including agreed success criteria and common metrics
" Revise proposal and then create either a stand-alone SOW or collaborative SOW on multi-practice engagements out of agreed upon requirements and success criteria
" Work with matrixed sales teams to achieve client sign-off on the SOW
" Participate in project kick-off meetings to demonstrate account continuity
" Participation in sales training events as required
" Identify and complete key educational targets on a quarterly basis
" Provide customer requirements and trends to internal departments to help them shape future solutions
" Contribute to the creation and development of customer success stories
Your background and skills should ideally include the following as well as experience of some of the responsibilities above:
" CISSP and/or CISM Certification preferred
" Hands-on experience with technical solution development
" Ability to assess Information Security Risks, understand business needs
" Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
