The client, a leading developer of advanced water leak detection technology, is currently in need of an office supervisor to join their team, and assist them in duties such as dispatch admin, running of the front office, customer service and reception duties.

Job Title: Office Supervisor/ Dispatch Administrator
Location: Denmead, Hampshire
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:15, Friday 8:30-13:00
Salary: £20,000-£23,000

Our Client, a manufacturer of water leak detection equipment and networking, based in Denmead, Hampshire, currently have a vacancy for an ambitious and motivated office supervisor/ Dispatch Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful applicant for this role will need to be an excellent communicator and enjoy engaging with people on a daily basis. You will need to be a driven, enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.

Duties Include:
- Office Supervisor, overseeing the smooth running of the Front Administration Office, keeping colleagues Training up to date, monitoring Holidays, Sickness, ensuring all Customer Services and Admin process targets are met.
- Organising UK & Worldwide Dispatch of Orders
- Negotiating Shipment Quotes with Freight Forwarders
- Creating Certificates of Origin and EUR1 Forms via the Chamber of Commerce Portal
- Raising Customs Invoices in alignment with export country specifics
- Maintaining good rapport with Customers and advising of Delivery information
- Reception cover. Receiving telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries quickly and appropriately
- Assisting with the Customer Service & Repair Department also the Sales Department
- Scanning of documents and other general clerical tasks as necessary

Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of Supervising a Team.
- Knowledge of Incoterms ICC Rules
- Experience with Certificates of Origin, EUR and other Export Documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering first-rate customer service
- The ability to work well as part of a team working towards shared goals
- The ability to work on their own and be proactive
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
