Temporary Office Manager/Admin Person to work in a busy Office in Theale This is a Temporary position until the end of the year

Job Description

Temporary Office Manager £25,000 - £30,000

We currently are seeking a temporary Office Manager/Admin person for our Theale office. This position reports locally to the Vice President of Sales, EMEA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Be the first point of contact for the Theale office
Liaison with Burlington HR on any employee related issues that may arise
Administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and interviews, creating training schedules, time off tracking, data entry, filing, scanning, etc.
Maintain grocery and stationery supplies. Maintain order in the work and rest areas, throughout the day.
Daily set up of live information streams to the office dashboard displays
Manage meeting set up, ordering food, and clean up after meetings
Liaison with Burlington Facilities regarding office moves, set up, and any facility related work for the Belfast and possibly Reading offices
Assist with culture-related planning and tasks which include working with the Culture Team in Burlington to plan office events
Provide marketing assistance with events i.e. shipping, ordering collateral, booking venues, etc
Internal event planning and organization for company off-site events
Work within Sales and Marketing Ops by building reports and presentations for QBR's and other meetings
Maintain vendor relationships and accounts
Potential additional duties to include setting up travel schedules, including car and hotel arrangements

Requirements - Special Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education:
5 years experience in admin
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team Player with outstanding, professional inter-personal interaction and communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to do whatever is needed to manage the office, without hesitation
Multi-task oriented with proven self-management, prioritization, and organization skills
Courteous and pleasant demeanor
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, where accuracy and professionalism are critical for success
