Mechanism Electrical Technician

Are you a Mechanical Technician with a strong background in small precise assembly of aerospace products? Have you worked with bonding and riveting? Do you have experience using Aerospace specific tools such as torque wrenches and vernier calipers? Do you have at least 3 years electrical experience? If you do, this role could be perfect for yourself, if successful you will working immediately for one of the biggest Aerospace companies in the UK on their Stevenage site.

Job Title: Mechanism Electrical Technician

Location: Stevenage

You will be working with mechanism products that are high precision components, with a demanding build phase.

It's essential that you have the ability to cope with a fast moving, high demanding environment and show great attention to detail and high levels of concentration.

You will be working within the Mechanisms team to deliver spacecraft critical components on quality, on cost and on time with the task of producing consistent high quality product in line with production paperwork.

The products you will be working on will include SADMs (Solar Array Deployment Mechanisms), ADTMs (Antenna Deployment and Trim Mechanisms) and Cryogenic Coolers.

Due to the nature of this role, any offer will be subject to the completion of an SC clearance taking place.
