What do they need?
As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will be based in Farnborough on a full-time, permanent basis. With your expert knowledge of system design, development, and integration you will help us to deliver cutting edge support to the company's' clients.

Working on an established programme for one the organisations' Security & Defence customers, you will be given the opportunity to work on cutting edge infrastructure technology.

Performing a wide range of analytical activities you will conduct technical planning, system integration, verification and validation through to cost/risk and supportability/effectiveness analyses for total systems.
You will also conduct analysis at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

Beyond this you will perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

What will you have?
As a Systems Engineer, you will have worked-on complex systems integration projects, involving IT systems and have strong knowledge of Systems Engineering and associated principles.

You will be a comfortable technical team manager, with the ability to plan work packages and allocation to team members.

In terms of technical expertise, ideally you will have experience in GEOINT systems, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP, databases, web services and PKI.

£45,000 - £60,000pa + benefits, depending on experience.
