An exciting opportunity has arisen, to join the team in Southampton as a Lead Business Analyst.
The Lead Business Analyst will provide professional business analysis services to support the organisation in project activities. They are looking for an individual who can lead analysis delivery and manage a teams of analysts on medium projects or large projects and programmes under the direction of a Principal Business Analyst.
This role could involve travel across the UK including London, Swindon, Newcastle and the Isle of Man, potentially with occasional international travel.
To lead, support and manage a team of Business Analysts and determine which activities are necessary in order to successfully complete a business analysis effort, Including:-
* Requirements analysis
* Process analysis and modelling
* Solution assessment and Validation
* Business and Market knowledge
* Stakeholder Management
* Identification of stakeholders and their needs
* Selection of business analysis techniques
* The process that will be used to manage requirements - including resolution of conflict, changes and issues
* How to assess the progress of the work.
You will be an excellent team player, with strong evidence of early involvement in the project lifecycle; to define the optimum analysis technique(s) and working with business users to help them define the problem/opportunity
The Lead Business Analyst will have the ability to lead and mentor other Business Analysts
You will have a strong skillset in leading and facilitating workshops, able to work at strategic, as well as detail, level and can engage with stakeholders
