What do they need?
They require a Junior Project Manager (small / low risk projects) to work closely with Senior Project Managers on the delivery of implementation projects for the business. Largely, the projects will be related to the telecoms industry; such as Contact Centres/Call Centres, VOIP installs, office re-locations etc.
The Junior Project Manager will provide updates to all customers, and attend meetings with them, as specified within the project documentation.
You will be expected to develop a sound working knowledge of the company's project management methods and processes, including, but not limited to:
* Change Delivery Framework
* Project Planning
* Project Governance
* RAID management
* Supplier management
What will my background be?
You will be an early-career Project Manager, with exposure to managing a small portfolio of projects (typically lower budget) both independently and in-conjunction with Senior Project Managers.
You will understand the project lifecycle and the project management delivery processes, such as change delivery, governance, risks & issues, finance and supplier management.
It would be beneficial if you held a Project Management Certification; such as Prince2 or Agile/SCRUM.
Also, if you have exposure to the Telecoms industry, that would be considered highly beneficial.
