Are you a skilled IT Trainer with advanced knowledge of MS Office 2007 / 2010 (Including PowerPoint, Excel and Access?
Would you like to work for a prestige brand and revamp their IT Training capability?

If so, we have a great new opportunity in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Who are they?
A British sports car manufacturer, with over 100 year's heritage in the automotive engineering industry. They are a name synonymous with style, luxury and brilliant design.

Their fabulous HQ is in the pretty village of Gaydon, just outside Leamington Spa.

What do they need?
An IT Trainer to design and deliver IT training courses and training materials for all end-users across the company.

What will I be doing?
Initially, the IT Trainer is required to undertake needs analysis to identify IT Training needs across the organisation, utilising digital surveys
Design, organise, set-up and deliver courses to meet the IT needs of all staff
Conduct direct training sessions for all staff on a wide range of software applications
Write and update training manuals and handouts for training purposes
Collate training feedback to monitor, evaluate and review quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered
Track and report all training delivered to the business
Provide training data to the L&D Manager and make suggestions to improve the IT training offering and service on a continuous basis
Keep up-to-date with relevant systems, software and where appropriate programming languages used within the organisation
Provide one-to-one training support as and when required

What will I bring?
Proven experience of assessing IT skills needs across a business and then designing and delivering IT skills training courses to a wide range of users
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2007 / 2010 (Including PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) qualifications would be preferred
Excellent Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 experience
Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills
