Who are they?
A Government company responsible for Europe's largest construction project, with a budget approaching £15 billion spread over a 9 year programme.

The programme is designed to transform rail transport in London, increasing capacity by over 10% and bring over 1.5 million people to within 45 minutes of Central London.

What will I be doing?
The IT Service Delivery Analyst will oversee all requests for IT service and ensure effective 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support delivery to users via the Service Desk. This includes resolution internally and also through service providers.

You will manage activities relation to the IT Service Operation, including the IT Service Desk function and Service request management including incident response.

What do they need from me?
First and full-most you will be a collaborative individual, able to confidently engage with a range of people across a range of levels. This may include contractors, senior managers and directors.

You will have experience of incident, service request, problem, and change management using UT service Management tools.

It is expected that you will have a IT Service Desk Management background with excellent communication and documentation skills. You should demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.

Ideally, you will have a University Degree or equivalent academic qualifications.
