My client is seeking an internal help desk support engineer with ideally a minimum of 2 years experience support internal members of staff with email, monitor and user issues.

IT Helpdesk Support - London

My client, a leading IT Security vendor is seeking a full time IT Support colleague. This person will maintain and provide support in running of computer systems and network for the company’s employees within EMEA and APJ regions by solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
This role will work as part of the IT Support team but must demonstrate ability to work on own initiative with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Job requirements:
? Min. of 2 years prior experience in Helpdesk/IT support role
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
? Exchange administration (email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, resources)
? Active directory maintenance
? Office 365 support
? Pull tickets from a ticketing system to log and respond to queries in an agreed time limits
? Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
? Set up laptops (and other necessary equipment) for new employees
? Image the computers to specification
? Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
? Monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
? Supporting AV units and providing meeting rooms IT support when required
? Using remote access to connect and resolve staff’s issues
? Supporting the roll-out of new applications
? Competent IT user of Microsoft Office products
? Configuring PCs, Printers and phones on the LAN
? Repair and support equipment as necessary
? Ad hoc tasks as needed

? High fluency in English

Advantages:
BSc. in Computer Science.
Previous information security experience
Fluency in additional European language
