IT SECURITY VENDOR LOOKING FOR A LEAD GENERATION/ INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE BASED IN READING,
£25K BASIC + £5K OTE

My client is an IT Security vendor specialising in Authentication and Remote Access looking for an ambitious professional seeking to develop their experience and knowledge within the IT sales sector. This role is looking for someone with an IT background of approx. a year and is not afraid to pick up the phone, as you will be expected to make around 70-80 outbound calls a day.

In exchange this position will get your foot into door into the IT Security Industry with the potential to progress your career inside this exciting sector.

Your role will be to drive new businesses through the creation of demand primarily through outbound calling to the prospect and customer database. To support you, the company will provide regular marketing campaigns and data lists themselves or in partnership with the reseller channel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

" Building new business pipeline
" Generating a minimum of 8 BANT qualified leads per month
" Owning the lead nurturing process and developing leads to an outcome
" Working on lead nurturing campaigns with channel partners
" Co-ordinating leads generated by the company's in house marketing and sales activities
" Supporting channel partners with call out days and database marketing
" Securing appointments for the field sales team to attend
" Reporting on activities and performance against objectives

This is a proactive outbound calling role within a company that rewards success with career progression.

" Understanding and applying sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management
" Handling multiple activities and tasks, prioritising effectively
" Providing an excellent customer experience
" Proactive, highly motivated and results-focused
" Good time management and organisational skills
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email and telephone
" Ability to demonstrate quantifiable results through reporting
" Ideally 2+ years inside sales experience in the technology arena
" Knowledge of networking & IT security
