Job Description

Identity and Access Management - Consultant - UK wide -£40,000 - £65,000

Location Based: London / South East England

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team of expert consultants specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

The role will be reporting direct to the Security Practice Director, and will be responsible for working with our global customer base to implement security software solutions. This consulting role will involve hands on technical work, requirements gathering workshops, flexible working and international travel. The successful candidate will receive in depth technical product training. Role & Responsibilities

Be a product and domain knowledge expert in Identity and Access Management solutions (training will be provided)
Work with our customers to gather and document requirements for their IAM solution, including running requirements gathering workshops
Working with the Lead Security Architect to design the solution
Deploy and test the security solutions using chosen security software products
Provide assistance with technical pre-sales work, running PoC's or creating implementation proposals
Post sale/implementation activities would involve technical training for the customer’s support teams and technical resources, following up on support issues and warranty.
Based from your home office, but typically working directly onsite with the end customer
Up to 80% travel required. Locations typically within (but not restricted to) the EMEA region

Skills / Requirements

Previous experience with Identity and Access Management solutions, and also working in Professional Services/Consulting role
Hands on experience working with both Windows and Linux/Unix based servers
Experience with shell scripting and at least one recognised programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java etc)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be willing and able to work independently, including working at home and alone on client sites.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability and willingness to travel work across UK / EMEA (typically up to 80%)
Full UK or EU Driver’s License
Passport from within the EU or required working VISAs
