Job DescriptionHR Business Partner - Technical Engineering
Commutable from; Coventry, Birmingham, Nuneaton, Leicester, Warwick, Rugby.
Salary from; £30,000 - £38,000 + benefits
As an HR Business Partner, no two days will be the same as there will be a number of different tasks and responsibilities to complete. These may include (but not limited to); managing internal processes, changing working practices, project management, remuneration, staff/union consultations, performance management, coaching managers, grievance, employee relations, lead the annual pay review and more.
Currently, you will be working in an HR environment within a technical industry, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing or production environment and may be looking for a change in team dynamic or a step up to a much busier position. You may also be consultative, energetic and a strong team player.
+ Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field, i.e. Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
+ A CIPD qualification or equivalent chartership.
+ A strong communicator who can liaise with internal/external customers at all levels.
+ An exposure to international employment would put you at a distinct advantage!
+ A strong team player is an absolute must.
+ A strong juggler who will can multi-task.
+ Previous background working within an HR team.
+ Change Management.
