If successful you will be responsible for a centralised EESH Service delivery across all of the company. All ESH personal within the company (with the exception of one site) will report directly into this position. One of the world's largest defence organisations are now seeking a Head of ESH to join their team in Whiteley. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum + fantastic company benefits. Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be able and willing to obtain SC clearance.
The Head of ESH will be responsible for a centralised EESH Service delivery across all of the company, reporting to the CEESH Director of Operations & Programs and have dotted line reporting into the CEO. All ESH personal within the company (with the exception of one site) will report directly into this position. This position will be responsible for development of the EESH Engagement Plan, Communication plan, and maintain ownership of all Command Media.
* Leadership Experience
* Bachelors Degree in related discipline
* Strong Communication Skills
* Strong ESH Background
* Proposal related Experience (From an ESH Perspective)
* The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
* Effective team management capabilities
* Highly self-motivated.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
* Strong Working Knowledge of HSE regulations
* Master Degree in related discipline
