We have an opportunity within a leading automotive client, based out of their Warwickshire head office. Position Description:
The BEV Propulsion System Integration team is responsible for ensuring the individual commodities work together to deliver to deliver a system that meets the needs of the vehicle through Failure Mode Avoidance activities; robust requirement and target setting; validation and verification planning and delivery; and technical issue resolution. Reporting to the BEV Propulsion System Integration Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in the creation, development and delivery of new electric propulsion systems to power future products through of one or several of the above work streams.

Skills Required:
1. Systems engineering experience (incl. development & cascade of requirements, FMA and managing Verification testing) in the field of hybrid or Powertrain engineering.
2. Strong knowledge of electric propulsion systems and their constituent components.
3. Highly motivated individual who can work independently and has experience in resolving complex issues and delivering large, time-constrained tasks to a high standard.

Experience Required:
Degree qualified in a related field Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following: Systems engineering processes / approach including decomposition of requirements Failure Mode Avoidance Automotive Test Planning Automotive rig / vehicle testing and report writing Proficient in MS Office tools.

Experience Preferred:
Programme management experience working on hybrid or electric technologies for automotive applications.
