My client is a leading global security company providing innovative systems, products, and solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide.

As part of a major UK based recruitment project, I am working with a well-known brand *UK & US* on a number of Cyber Security roles, including this position, Cyber Researcher / Editor

The role will focus on managing the generation of whitepapers within the domain of cyber technologies.
The candidate must be skilled in understanding the client domain, able to work collaboratively across the community, capture and disseminate requirements to authors, collate responses, fact-check articles to ensure that technical or specialised information is presented accurately and verify that the sources used are appropriate, and disseminate the results back to the clients.

Key Responsibilities:
" Work collaboratively with the client, other Research Editors across the community, and technical authors.
" Understand, capture, and disseminate client requirements.
" Track the progress of authoring and whitepapers generation.
" Manage protectively marked material.
" Attend regular client side meetings.
" Must be able to exercise tact when executing changes in documentation, possessing effective supplier and customer engagement skills.
" Follow a fact-checking process to maintain quality standards and organisational credibility by consistently providing accurate content.
" Publish and distribute the whitepapers to the client community.
" Liaise with authors and contributors regarding any changes or updates in style, content, formatting and organisation.
" Translate concepts and industry jargon into language easily understandable to clients.
" Collaborate with research team to produce accurate and quality content.
" Write and submit professional level articles or documents concerning the research project.
" Deliver clear and concise translated copies to the clients under real time deadlines.
" Detect errors in grammar, word usage, spelling, and correcting them for accuracy.
" Keep abreast of developments in research field and implementing them in the documents.

" Ability to edit technical information quickly and concisely.
" Superior level of interpersonal skills.
" Ability to writing professional articles.
" Good editorial skills and be self-directed.
" Ability to finish tasks in an independent and timely manner
" Experience of UK Government working practices
NB - Due to the nature of the work, projects and clients, candidate must be able to hold UK Government clearances (to DV level)
