I need a several Cyber Security focused Malware Analysts / Engineers to join my client, with roles based across number of UK locations. **Please note candidates will need to be eligible for DV clearance**

Cyber Security Malware Analyst

Gloucestershire / Berkshire / Manchester / Wiltshire

ARM Cyber Security are extremely keen and active hunting DV Cleared (SIA) or clearable Cyber Security professionals to join a Cyber Deference organisation at the beginning of their journey, focussed on defending the UK from Cyber Attacks.

The selected applicant will become part of the team for analysing Malware, managing and issuing/reporting on threat information.
Key Responsibilities:

" Identify and develop mission enhancement opportunities, reporting on evolving Cyber policy trends and issues, and review and evaluate cyber policy directives/documents.
" Conduct research that focuses on rapidly emerging cyber threats, and the methods and processes employed by adversary employment of cyber warfare techniques.
" Provide support to an enhance Cyber requirements analysis and tracking process, including highly focused studies and analyses to support development of processes for the identification, refinement, and prioritization methodology of Cyber requirements.
" Resolve highly complex malware and intrusion issues using computer host analysis, forensics, and reverse engineering.
" Discover, analyse, diagnose, and report on malware events, files and network intrusion and vulnerability issues.
" Recommend counter measures to malware and other malicious type code and applications that exploit customer communication systems.
" Conduct reverse engineering for known and suspected malware files.
" Develop analysis and make recommendations for the purchase of hardware and or software that will mitigate malware intrusions.
" Develop policies and procedures to investigate malware incidents for the entire computer network.
" Assist in the development and delivery of malware security awareness products and briefings.

Qualifications
Essential criteria:

" A Degree in a related technical field or relevant experience/training.
" Experience in Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
" Vulnerability assessment and troubleshooting experience.
" Hands-on experience in reverse engineering, lawful Malware usage.
" Debugging and Debugger experience using tools such as: ollydbg, windbg, and immunitydg.
" Disassembling/disassemblers experience using such as IDA Pro.
