One of a number of Cyber Security openings within a company dedicated to defence, protection and Cyber Security. I need a Cyber Security focused Big Data Architect to join in one of a number of UK locations. **Please note candidates will need to be eligible for DV clearance**

Cyber Big Data Architect
Gloucestershire / Berkshire / Manchester / Wiltshire

** Candidates must be able to obtain MoD / UK Government Clearance (DV)

ARM Cyber Security are extremely keen and active hunting DV Cleared (SIA) or clearable Cyber Security professionals to join a Cyber Deference organisation at the beginning of their journey, focussed on defending the UK from Cyber Attacks.

We have a number of positions within this organisations and I would suggest if you are interested in protecting the UK, developing, enhancing and improving your skill set then please apply.

I seeking several experienced data managers to join the organisation, based in either Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Manchester or possibly Wiltshire. In fact we may even have a potential Midlands location too.
Key Responsibilities:

My client needs data managers to manage and maintain a large scale suite of infrastructure and applications, ensuring that it delivers cutting-edge performance that enables high profile network defence operations in a rapidly evolving and scaling 'big data' environment.

" Experience of managing and maintaining the Hadoop family of open source components (HFDS, MapReduce, HIVE, Zookeeper, YARN, Pig)
" Experience of capacity planning and management
" Experience of performance monitoring and analysis of complex processing systems
" Experience of troubleshooting and fault-finding across integrated network, storage and processing systems

Desired criteria;
" Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools such as Confluence, Jira and Wiki
" Experience with Apache Spark, NiFi, Kafka
" Experience with Hortonworks HDP
" Experience with NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch, Accumulo, MongoDB)
" Experience in graph database technologies; such as Neo4J and OrientDB
" Experience in some of the following programming languages: Java, SQL, Python, Scala
" Experience of MoD working practices
