A C++ Developer to design and implement graphical user interfaces in software for powertrain engineering design and analysis, engine development and gas/fluid dynamics simulation. What do they need?
A C++ Developer to design and implement graphical user interfaces in software for powertrain engineering design and analysis, engine development and gas/fluid dynamics simulation.

What will I be doing?
You will be tasked with liaising with commercial & product teams to understand the customers' needs and then designing, developing & implementing new software.

You will also perform maintenance of existing Software products: work with development managers and support to determine if inquiries should be elevated to change requests, and implementation of change requests for enhancements and bug fixes

Delivery of projects in an agile environment, and to ISO 9000 quality standards

What will I bring?
A Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent technical degree and strong proficiency in C++, with proven related experience, ideally in user interface and/or graphics programming

You should have proficiency in using object-oriented concepts to solve complex problems, preferably in a modelling and simulation context and possess an understanding of complex data structures and data manipulation algorithms.

Ideally you will have experience with version control systems such as CVS, ClearCase, Git etc
