The successful candidate will be expected to have a good knowledge of how the Service Catalogue, Request Fulfilment and Access Management processes integrate and interact with other ITIL processes.

Job Description
As the Catalogue, Request Fulfilment and Access Management Process Owner within the Service Management Integrator (SIAM) team you will be responsible for managing compliance and identifying improvements to ensure that the process continues to be effective and efficient.
The Process Owner will be expected to have a good knowledge of how the Service Catalogue, Request Fulfilment and Access Management processes integrate and interact with other ITIL processes.

Essential skills:
o Leading by example and fulfilling the SIAM activities in line with the agreed processes
o Strong track record in Service Management
o Strong conflict resolution skills
o Provides clear direction and sets clear expectations to enable success
o Experience handling difficult conversations
o Ability to chair and manage governance meetings with senior staff
o Holds people accountable for their commitments
o Ability to drive remedial actions and service improvement initiatives
o Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
o Enthusiastic self-starter with good communication skills
o Excellent written communication through the use of e-mail & formal reports
o Exceptional verbal skills
o Builds strong professional relationships with ability to get buy-in "inclusive"
o Ability to work in an environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules
o Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues
o Experience navigating red tape

Desirable skills:
o Experience working in the Public sector would be beneficial
o Experience using BMC Remedy for ITSM processes
o IT Support background
o Previous experience in a Tower model or managed multiple suppliers
o Management experience
