If so, we have a cracking opportunity available in Fareham for a Business Process Engineer.

What do they need?
A Business Process Engineer to develop the business processes required to support and maintain a range of IT Services of the business.

What will I be doing?
Initially, you will be required to analyse and understand both the customer environment and project goals, as well as the specific project requirements in order to develop and implement the future-state business processes
Developing detailed procedural documentation, test cases, derived requirements, presentations, reports and plan as required by the project
Implementing the processes and supporting the team in any improvement activities required
Ensuring that processes are developed and implemented in line with the overall architecture and all work is performed in accordance with the Project Plan
You will provide status reports as required and work as part of the overall project team resolve issues where they arise, using the BP Architect as your first point of escalation

What will I bring?
An operational mind-set, combined with proven experience in business process design, modelling and implementation of large technology projects
Experience of change management and its application within transformation projects
An ability to identify and understand business drivers
Experience in business performance analysis
Experience of developing and implementing processes which align the ITIL principles
Experienced workshop facilitator

**Candidates must be willing and able to undergo SC Clearance**
