My client, a major UK service provider based on the South Coast, is seeking a highly-organised, customer-focused Business Change Manager to work on a major end to end Transformation Programme involving the whole organisation.

The Business Change Manager will play a key role in in a high-profile programme of cultural transformation and they are seeking an individual with an impressive track record of delivering successful end-to-end change, with practical knowledge of a wide range of effective change management methodologies, tools and interventions.
A key influencing voice, you will be able to hold credibility across a wide change team and able to lead from the front with confidence. You will equally work well within a close-knit team and be collaborative in-nature.
You will be a Change Manager with exposure to more than one end-to-end / full life-cycle business change project/programme.
You'll be experienced with operating within a structured Change Programme environment; familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methods, ideally. Candidates should also hold a relevant professional accreditation (such as Practitioner in APMG Change Management or Prosci
