What do they need?
At their HQ in Ipswich, they are currently embarking on a major, strategic Data Programme to enable the business to deliver insightful analytics to internal and external customers.

As a result, they require a Business Analyst with extensive Data experience, to lead the analysis across two major work-streams, in particular a Data Governance / Data Quality aspect.

What will I be doing?
As a Business Analyst, you will support the early development of opportunities on the programme, performing detailed analysis and design of the customer requirements and see solutions through to operations.

Initially, you will be required to undertake analysis of the system impacts of new processes / changes being implemented and to also understand requirements for integration between systems.

You will gather requirements for Data Flows, Data Strategy and Data Architecture; linking this with accounting to define data content, mapping, cleansing, enhancements, validation and storage.

What will I bring?
First and full-most you will bring expertise in Business Analysis across the full project lifecycle, with the ability to talk to a range of stakeholders involved in complex change programmes.

You will be adept at gathering detailed requirements and then translating these in to business-ready designs/functional specifications.

Clearly you'll enjoy data and possess extensive experience of working within large data projects / programmes and / or data warehousing projects. You will possess excellent knowledge of data quality, data governance (ideally finance regulatory aspects such as GDPR)

It would also be ideal if you had exposure to the financial services industry

Location & Benefits
Ipswich, with very occasional travel to London. Benefits include: Bonus (depending on level) 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare life assurance and much more.

Salary
£50,000 - £55,000pa + Bonus (depending on level)
