What will I be doing?
The Account Manager is key to building, maintaining and developing customer relationships with existing and new customer accounts. You will be given accounts to look after, following a successful appointment via the marketing team.
Your main goal will be to ensure on-going customer satisfaction, customer retention and client satisfaction, as well as increasing opportunities for up-selling.
You will be required to travel to customer-sites from time to time to further strengthen the relationships on your account.
What do they need from me?
First and full-most, you will be a people-person and enjoy day to day contact with customers; whether that's over the phone, or face to face.
You will have good experience in an Account Management-type role, managing relationships with your customers and have a track-record of upselling where possible. There is no sales element in this role. The focus is on managing client relationships and identifiying upselling opportunities.
Ideal candidates will come from a e-commerce, Digital or software/SaaS environment.
Account Managers should be well organised, a problem-solver and a true team-player. It also goes without saying that you will be an exceptional communicator at all levels and via a variety of communication platforms - telephone, f2f, email etc.

Salary and location
£25000 - £30,000pa depending on experience + commission
