What will I be doing?
In this role you will predominantly be responsible for IT support (largely networks) remotely and at customer premises. You will be working with IT users to resolve problems and answer questions on a variety of hardware components and software programs.

A significant part of the role requires written communication, typically email, between both helpdesk staff and customer and also between colleagues

The candidate will also be responsible for the production of monthly reports. As the reports are often the customer's only view on the performance of their services the reports must be produced accurately and consistently.

What do they need from me?
You will ideally come from a managed services/support environment, and have thorough exposure to using technologies such as; MS Exchange, Active Directory and Windows OS. Also, any industry recognised certifications are highly desirable, such as CCNA

The successful candidate will be very technical with a strong understanding of networking technologies and concepts.

You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, both on the telephone and face to face.

Location & Salary: Daresbury (commutable from; Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Saint Helens)
£20,000 - £25,000
