In Helensburgh, they support a number of mission critical systems & services, which are vitally important to the UK MOD's strategic plans.

What do they need?
A 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer to work as part of a Service Desk Team, providing support across the Microsoft stack - Windows 7 & 10 Desktop, Server 2012 & Exchange.

What will I be doing?
Utilise Service Desk call logging software to log, monitor, update and resolve customer problems & incidents in-line with SLA's (Service Level Agreements)

Identify, analyse and where possible, resolve problems with computer hardware, telecommunications and software

Liaise with team members and escalate tickets to senior engineers where appropriate

What will I bring?
Solid experience of supporting Microsoft Technologies; including Windows 7 & 10 Desktop, Server 2012, Active Directory & Exchange.

Knowledge of virtual platforms, particularly VMWare will be required

Excellent customer service skills are essential

Salary & Location
£21,000 - £27,000, depending on experience. Based in Helensburgh, with travel to other sites across the UK 1-2 times per year
