Last December 15 members of the Serocor Group (comprising of ARM, Bloc, Optamor and Serocor Solutions) sat their CertRP exam and we are pleased to announce that everyone passed with flying colours.
The entry level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice QCF (Cert RP) is ideal for new recruiters or those who are looking to further their careers. This qualification aims to increase personal effectiveness and build upon their knowledge, enhancing the service they provide to clients and candidates.
The course comprised of six units which they studied over three months before sitting the exam in the run up to Christmas. The qualification enables them to progress within the business and be considered for promotion.
Derek Goff, Serocor’s Learning and Development Manager, was pleased to announce the success of this latest cohort of learners. “After much anxiety and reflection on the previous few weeks' study, all have passed, and have been awarded their certificates. Congratulations to everyone and we look forward to seeing your ‘MIRP Cert RP’ status after your name!”
A couple of quotes from the staff that sat the exam:
“I am very pleased to have passed the exam and it really brought together all of the industry knowledge I have picked up throughout my career. The exam was tough; however our in house trainer Derek Goff broke down the modules for us and made the information easier to digest. The Cert RP is a recruitment must-have and I would also like to say a massive well done to everyone in the Serocor Group who took the exam and passed.” Andrew Carr (Serocor Solutions Recruiter)
Our top student was James Houghton, closely followed by Claire Bennett, so a special congratulations goes out to them for setting the standard.
“Completing the Cert RP qualification has been an opportunity to learn more about the industry I work in, whilst gaining a recognised qualification. I have surprised myself with my results and I’m glad I revised.” James Houghton (ARM Recruiter)
