Are you winning the war on talent? Serocor, BDO and Paris Smith host talent seminar

Serocor has teamed up with accounting and business advisory firm BDO and legal professionals Paris Smith to host a breakfast event to inspire and inform chief executives and other board directors in dealing with the issues of attracting and keeping a talented workforce.

It will take place at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on Tuesday 3rd November at 7.45am.

The seminar will encourage employers to think differently about talent management through keynote speeches by industry professionals Tom Hadley, Director of Policy and Professional Services at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, and ‘Google Dave’, Partner and Director of Client Services at PH.Creative.

The speakers will also join Paul Mallinson, Managing Director of Optamor Talent Partnerships, and Judy Holliday, Head of Development at Arqiva, to lead a panel session on building talent for growth and tackling challenges head on.


Attendees will have the opportunity to influence the discussion topics by completing a short questionnaire in advance of the event. They will also receive a one page comparison report that will summarise their performance on ten aspects of talent management and enable them to benchmark against other organisations.
