Outstanding. Achievement. Those are the two words that the Institute of Recruitment Professionals uses to describe the individuals and businesses that have been shortlisted for the prestigious IRP Awards. We’re proud and pleased to say that Serocor, ARM’s parent company, and two of our top performers rank among them.

The Group has been nominated for both the Best People Development Business Award and the Advocate Company of the Year (of which we’re one of only two finalists). What’s more, two of ARM’s consultants have been recognised: Robert Hingley for Best Newcomer of the Year and Adam Razzell for Temporary Consultant of the Year - outstanding achievements indeed.

The fact that both the business and some of our consultants have been shortlisted demonstrates exactly how important people development really is for us, and how good we are at it. Developing our people is at the very core of everything we do. Education, motivation and encouragement equips us to do our jobs and do them well, enabling people, like Robert and Adam, to feel proud about what they do.

People development is a continuous cycle, which ensures everyone in the Group has the tools and the incentive to provide that level of service which routinely exceeds clients’ expectations. That’s what it’s all about and that’s what gives us all that sense of pride.

Huge congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted and involved, and thank you for being proud about what you do.
