The tenth anniversary RailStaff Awards took place this week. This event provides the chance to publicly thank the people who keep Britain’s railways going, the station staff, engineers, drivers – and did someone say rail recruitment consultants?
A winner in our ranks?
ARM’s own Head of Rail, Adam Razzell, was nominated for the Recruiter of the Year! And rightfully so. Adam developed his desk singlehandedly as a junior consultant, four years ago. He worked tirelessly to build a reputation within the industry, & has become not only a trusted partner, but the first port of call for sourcing high calibre rail talent.
The award goes to…
A little after 10pm, it was time for Adam’s category to be announced. The nominees’ names were read out. And the winner was…Adam Razzell! We asked him a few questions…
How did you feel when your name was revealed as the winner?
Proud and humbled. To have your clients, contractors, friends and colleagues recognise your work is a great feeling.
What is it about the rail sector that you’re so passionate about?
Community! The rail industry is a community; everyone knows everyone, and everyone is willing to help you in any way they can. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of my clients and contractors.
In conclusion…
We couldn’t be more proud of Adam. He has worked so hard and helped so many people into their dream rail roles.
