As part of ARM’S Christmas Carol: Jobs of the past, present and future campaign, we want to focus on you, the candidate. More specifically, we want to focus on the candidate journey; the steps you take to get new job.

Job hunting is hard work. It requires commitment, resilience and persistence. We know this. That’s why our recruitment consultants work tirelessly to build strong relationships with candidates, enabling them to understand their motivation and aspirations. The consultants can then match candidates with the right jobs. We have a track record and a cabinet full of awards to prove it.

However, we never take anything for granted and we want to ensure that we’re doing the best job possible. That’s where you come in.

We’re running a short survey about recruitment and getting a new job. We want you to tell us how you like to be recruited – looking at which elements are most important to you and which elements you could do without.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never used an employment agency before; that’s not what this is about. We want to create a comprehensive picture of the candidate experience in 2016/17. We want to know what would improve that experience and help you to advance your career.
