Here at ARM we are recruiting for a fulltime permanent Solutions Architect for a global IT services and consultancy client of ours.

Overview:

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of Clients' requirements primarily for Conversational AI and Automation Driving insights and providing recommendations for delivering stable and maintainable solutions and effectiveness. You will work in the AI & Data Practice as a member of the solutions team and ensure the optimal performance of our conversational AI applications and the use of generative AI to improve customer experience. This role is client facing and may require providing technical support to pre-sales.

This role is a remote position but must have the ability to come into London office if/when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client or organizational needs to determine how conversational AI can enhance customer interactions.
  • Responsible for the High Level Designs (HLDs) of any solution and handing over to other members of the team for further development
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of conversational AI platforms, including chatbots and voice assistants.
  • Work with multiple projects or teams on complex problems that require broad architectural thinking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to create seamless user experiences.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of conversational AI systems, ensuring high accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies2.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the AI development team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or a related subject or strong technical experience in similar or related area
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with experience in AI development tools and frameworks3.
  • Linux or Windows experience
  • Knowledge of one or more related DB technologies (Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo, DB2)
  • Experience with Amelia or a related Conversational AI product
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP3.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking.
