Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager to join a growing Programme Management Office (PMO) team, providing project control services across diverse commercial occupier sectors and regions. This role offers the opportunity to drive project delivery throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project briefs, schedules, and procurement strategies with the PMO Lead.
• Track project progress, design changes, and risks.
• Conduct progress meetings with Project Managers and attend client meetings.
• Implement and maintain document management systems and ensure confidentiality.
• Produce regular project reports and manage project-related data.
• Assist in vendor selection, monitor performance, and manage invoices.

Experience & Skills:

• Degree educated (e.g., BA, BSc) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction or commercial fit-out project lifecycles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, and PowerBI.
• Experience with risk registers, schedules, and change logs.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach.
